Thermally broken aluminium awning window assembly, top-hinged outward opening, with Low-E double glazed insulating glass unit (DGU) filled with argon gas. Customised to individual client specifications including dimensions and glass type.

Intended use: External windows for residential and light commercial buildings. Suitable for timber-framed buildings per NZS 3604:2011 or specifically designed per B1/VM1. Certified for Extra High wind zones and any exposure zone except microclimates.

This product holds CodeMark Product Certificate CMNZ70173, issued under section 19(1)(d) of the Building Act 2004 by Bureau Veritas Australia Pty Ltd (JAS-ANZ accredited). BCAs are legally required to accept this certificate as establishing compliance with the relevant clauses of the New Zealand Building Code. The product is tested to SNZ TS 4211:2022 (window classification), with glazing certified to AS/NZS 2208:2023 (safety glazing) and NZS 4223.2:2016 (insulating glass units) under CSi PAS-Mark Licence #7564. Thermal performance is independently verified by BRANZ (Report DC17865-02-001).
